NFTs were supplied to Investor Connect stockholders for free.
In November, Sony Pictures and AMC announced an exclusive Spider-Man NFT for AMC Theatres Stubs Premiere & A List and AMC Investor Connect members. Soon after, AMC announced a second NFT drop for AMC Investor Connect members only over the WAX blockchain.
The special NFT drop contains a gold embossed pendant that says: “I Own AMC.” The business previously stated that holders of NFTs will receive discounts or other incentives at its theatres.
AMC stockholders received unique codes to collect their “I Own AMC” NFTs on Tuesday, according to CEO Adam Aron.
Investor Connect members can get their free NFTs until January 31.
