With the launch of Fullyfaltoonft.com, Viacom18’s YME cluster will enter the digital arena of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The marketplace will launch on February 14, 2022, and include ‘fully valued’ digital art developed by the team behind MTV, Vh1 and Comedy Central in India.
The potential of NFTs in the worldwide media and entertainment business According to Viacom18’s Youth, Music and English Entertainment president Anshul Ailawadi, India is well-positioned to lead the ‘Web3 revolution’.
“Our YME portfolio brands — MTV, MTV Beats, Vh1, Comedy Central, and Colors Infinity – have always been at the forefront of rising trends and pop culture. Fully Faltoo is our foray into the NFT space,” Ailawadi remarked.
GuardianLink.io created the NFT market. GuardianLink.io’s anti-RIP NFT technology will also be available to artists and users on the market. The security layers protect the minting, transmitting, and storage of NFTs.
This move further extends the FullyFaltoo franchise, launching a variety of digital collectibles. Exclusive artefacts inspired by legendary pop culture properties like Roadies and Bakra will also be auctioned globally.
